Tiers are upgraded based on activity and regular play. The account must remain active and in good standing to receive VIP benefits and cashback.

kb4444 will not be held liable in the following cases:

• If a game or bet is not completed due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues related to the user's own device or software.
• If account information is leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• If the service of a third-party payment provider is disrupted.
• If the service is disrupted due to technical errors or maintenance.

However, if a valid bet or winning is cancelled due to kb4444's own technical error, appropriate action will be taken.

Any user may close their account at any time. To request account closure:
